Job Title: Part-Time Remote Junior Graphic Designer / Shopify Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Remote Junior Graphic Designer / Shopify Manager. In this dual role, you will be responsible for maintaining our Shopify store, handling product additions, managing returns, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and creating social media content for advertising. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, proficiency in tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, a keen artistic eye, and it would be preferred if the person has some volleyball background.
Responsibilities:
- Shopify Management:
- Regularly update and manage product listings on Shopify.
- Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams for restocking.
- Customer Support:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues through Shopify's communication channels.
- Provide excellent customer service to address concerns, process returns, and facilitate exchanges.
- Graphic Design:
- Utilize graphic design skills to create visually appealing product images, promotional materials, and social media content for advertising.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging visual content for various online platforms.
- Social Media Advertising:
- Create and schedule eye-catching content for social media platforms to promote products and engage the target audience.
- Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities to enhance advertising strategies.
- Quality Control:
- Maintain a high standard of visual presentation for all products on the Shopify store.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all graphic materials.
- Data Analysis:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the Shopify store's performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving the online shopping experience and social media engagement.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience with Shopify management and graphic design is preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify.
- Artistic Eye: Strong visual and artistic sensibility to create appealing and on-brand designs.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer interaction.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Volleyball Background (Preferred): Experience or background in volleyball would be considered a plus.
